Return & Exchange Policy
We make sure our product listings are accurate and descriptive as possible so that the customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition.
But in case, you are unsatisfied with the order item(s), we would be happy to help you with exchanges. Unfortunately, we do not accept order returns at the moment.
Exchange eligibility:
We only offer an exchange for domestic orders.
The item(s) requested for exchange should be unused, unwashed, unworn and must be returned with all its packaging and tags.
We accept exchanges only under two circumstances:
- You have received a defective or damaged product.
- Wrong product was delivered to you.
Exchange terms and criteria:
Please note the following points while requesting an exchange for your order.
We provide detailed product descriptions for every product along with its material, pattern, wash care and other details. However, due to differences in every gadget’s display settings, colours, etc., there might be a slight colour difference. Therefore, we will not be able to entertain or accept exchange requests under colour difference, fabric material, quality, etc.
Cassataa shall only entertain exchange requests for orders placed on our official website, https://cassataa.com
Currently, we do not offer exchanges for orders from outside India.
Terms & Conditions
- If you wish to exchange any product, you need to raise your concern within 24 hours of the delivery date. Mail to support@cassataa.com describing your concern in detail, along with the product images to raise the request.
- Once an exchange request is raised, our team will approve the request within the next 48 hours.
- Ensure the product purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- The product should be in their original packaging accompanied with the bill provided during the time of delivery.
- Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted.
- Any item which fails to meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted.
- In the case of exchanges, once the reverse product gets delivered to our warehouse a quality check will be done to ensure your eligibility for exchange.
- The exchange shipping process takes approximately 5 - 8 working days depending on your location.

EXCHANGE PROCESS
If your exchange request meets the above-mentioned terms and criteria, here’s the step-by-step exchange process we undertake to ensure hassle-free support.
Please ship the exchange product directly to us, our team shall share the shipping address with you. After dispatching the item(s), we request you to share the AWB number along with the courier company name and POD. Please ensure that you dispatch the items for exchange via reputed courier agencies only because Cassataa shall not be liable for any loss of the parcel or items during transit for the items directly shipped by the customer.
Once the product is received in our warehouse, it goes under quality inspection and once it is approved, we dispatch the new item to you within 5-8 working days.
Multiple exchanges of products on the same order will not be entertained.
In case the product is damaged, we need an opening video of the product and images of the product in damaged condition. This is because all the orders are fully quality checked and shipped. So our team needs a product opening video and if it’s faulty the team will send a fresh piece immediately. Without an opening video, we would not be able to entertain any requests.
Cassataa reserves the right to refuse a return of product purchased from us if the product is not received in its original condition, or is received damaged or has been found to be used or if the accessories like combo pouches which were sent as a part of the order is missing or if the product is stained/crushed. Exchange will not be entertained if the product is received in any condition as stated above.
